Charity Event Proceeds Will Go Toward Providing Care, Education and Opportunities for Children and Families in Louisiana and the Gulf Coast

PLANO, TX, May 7, 2012–AdvoCare, an award-winning health and wellness company will again be the presenting sponsor of The Brees Dream Foundation’s 3rd annual “Amazing Race” charity event in New Orleans on May 11-12, 2012. This year, The Brees Dream Foundation and the just keep livin Foundation team up for this event to provide after-school fitness and wellness programs in the New Orleans area.

The 3rd annual “Amazing Race” kicks off on May, 11 2012 with a rules party and reception at the Ritz Carlton in New Orleans. The race begins at 9:30 a.m. the following morning in the French Quarter. Thirty teams of 4 will compete for the championship and signature yellow jerseys.

The race concludes at Drago’s Restaurant. There will also be a VIP reception from 7:30-8:30 p.m. at the House of Blues New Orleans, followed by a private concert with Kenny Chesney.
