As a retail customer, can I get a refund on the products I am not satisfied with?

Yes. If you are not completely satisfied with the products you have purchased, you may obtain a refund by returning the unused portion of the product or product packaging along with proof of purchase. If you purchased the product from an AdvoCare Distributor, please return those items to that person. If the product was purchased directly from the company, please return everything to the AdvoCare Home Office address along with your request in writing. AdvoCare retail customers are eligible to receive a refund on their most recent purchase.
