I’ve been in the fitness industry 10+ years and I’ve seen a lot of fitness and nutrition companies come and go. Most are fads…capitalizing on some hot trend with no real value or substance to their products. And because I’ve seen so many of these companies I was initially skeptical about AdvoCare. I set out to do my research. First I spoke with my old roommate from Wisconsin who works for the women’s hockey team (Director of Operations). Then I spoke with his fiance, who happens to be an assistant swim coach at the University. They both RAVED about the products. Still, they were people I knew and I was convinced there was some "catch" to their story…could I really trust them? Next, I met with the head Strength & Conditioning Coach at Wisconsin. In the 60-minute meeting he got two texts from former players and an email (UW alums), all wanting different AdvoCare products. No joke. So, I went all-in (admittingly, without really knowing what I was doing) and placed my Advisor order. I only knew a) I wanted to feel like all these people felt, b) I wanted to use the best nutrition products in the world, and c) I wanted them at 40% off. Then I took the 24 Day Challenge...lost 8 lbs, gained 3 pounds of muscle and was leaner than I'd ever been for any of my races. And I put my mom (a breast cancer survivor) on BioTools - word for word, "I feel better than I have in years and I cannot imagine not being on this product." Indeed this was SOMETHING. The more people I spoke with, the more great things I heard. And although a lot of AdvoCare is about the products; plenty of it is about the people. Great products, great people, great company. Which brings me to where I am today…as an official AdvoCare Advisor. I've learned a few things in my short time with the company: 1. You can make a great income helping people look better, feel better and perform better. And even though most people are scared of "selling" this stuff (c'mon, it's not like you're selling vacuum cleaners door-to-door!), why would you NOT want to make money helping people? What is WRONG with that? 2. Because the products are the best in the world, it's as simple as sharing them with others. Sometimes people don't even know how much better they can feel. Show them. 3. I'm having more fun than I ever have in my life and as long as AdvoCare products continue to enhance the lives of the people I love and care about, I will live it and breathe it until the day I die.
