In 2013, I was tired all the time from drinking too much soda-- both diet AND full flavor. I got the after soda crash so i'd drink another. I was drinking 2-3 a day! So i started gaining weight and still was tired in the afternoons. In February 2014, a friend turned me on to Spark. I fell completely in love! I was no longer tired all the time, and i had more energy and focus. With more energy, I finally started exercising and the weight came off. I'm healthier now than when i was in my 30s!
My husband, at the same time was using another protein supplement and switched to Advocare's Post Workout Recover with 12 grams of protein. He now is uses muscle gain and rehydrate with his daily workouts. We've tried many of the products since then and couldn't be more happy with the results.
