A few years ago I had some GI issues that caused problems with my diet and trying to lose weight, I ran and was active, watched what I ate but still couldn't drop any weight. Flash forward to November of 2014, I took a job as an assistant girls lacrosse coach with the local high school. The head coach recommended I try spark to get my energy levels up.
