EACH POUCH CONTAINS : Sugarcane (Saccharum officinarum - leaf stalk fibre), Pectin (Citrus aurantiifolia - fruit peel, Citrus limon - fruit peel, Citrus sinensis - fruit peel), Inulin (Cichorium intybus - root), Cellulose (cellulose - microcrystalline), Acacia gum (Acacia group - gum), Ground soy cotyledon fibre (Glycine max - seed), Psyllium (Plantago ovata - seed).

NON-MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS:
MALTODEXTRIN

Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking prescription medication or other natural health products, if you have a pre-existing health condition or if you have symptoms such as abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting or fever. Consult a healthcare practitioner immediately if you experience chest pain, vomiting, or difficulty in swallowing or breathing after taking this product. Do not use if you have difficulty swallowing. Hypersensitivity, such as allergy, has been known to occur following inhaled and/or ingested psyllium; in which case, discontinue use. May cause temporary gas and/or bloating. Consume with at least a full glass of liquid. Consuming without enough liquid may cause choking. Keep out of reach of children.

RECOMMENDED DOSE (ADULTS):
Blend, shake or briskly stir contents of one pouch into 8 fluid ounces (240 ml) of water or the beverage of your choice. Consume once per day, preferably before a meal. Drink a minimum of 8 fluid ounces (240 ml) of water immediately after each serving of Fibre.
