You will earn points for every dollar you spend on product at Advocare.com. The amount of points per dollar will vary depending on your loyalty tier. Preferred Customer memberships and renewal fees will not be rewarded the same as product purchases. You will also be rewarded on your birthday, when you renew your Preferred Customer membership and for following AdvoCare on different social media platforms. Please see chart above for exact breakdown of points earned per dollar spent, and for opportunities to earn extra points.

Points expire after one year of no account activity (i.e. no orders placed on the account).

All Registered Retail Customers and Preferred Customers are automatically enrolled in My AdvoCare Rewards when their account is created. If you had an account prior to the launch date, you were automatically enrolled. All accounts start with zero points as of the launch date of this program. Points will not be rewarded for past purchases. See official Terms and Conditions.

You will have the option to order exclusive AdvoCare Product Minis, special AdvoCare items, or a selection of full size AdvoCare Products.

Points can be redeemed for specified products in the rewards program that are added to a product order. Only one reward item can be redeemed at a time.

In order to maintain your tier status, you must meet the spend requirement for your tier level within 12 months of initially reaching that tier level. For example, if you reached the “Inspired” tier on September 1, you must spend at least $250 within 12 months of that date to maintain that status. If items are returned, you will be automatically moved back to your year-to-date eligible tier.

No. You have 12 months from the date you initially hit your tier status to meet the tier spend requirement and keep your status.

Your birthday reward will be automatically added to your account, and can be applied to an order just like a regular reward redemption. If your birthday is within 30 days from the date you entered it, you will need to fulfill a waiting period of 30 days from your birthday before receiving your reward. You can add your birthday by clicking the birthday square above. If your birthday is listed on your AdvoCare.com account it will be automatically entered for you.

No. Points are non-transferrable and may only be used by the account holder.
