There is no minimum purchase required for Preferred Customers.
As a Preferred Customers you receive a discount of 20% discount on Products. Your discount can increase based on your Product purchases over the course of approximately two (2) consecutive months, or four (4) Purchase Periods (there are approximately two Purchase Periods every month), based on the Qualifying Volume (“QV”) of your purchases. QV is a point value assigned to each product. As you purchase products, your QV accumulates and your discount increases, up to a thirty percent (30%) discount as reflected in the chart below. The highest discount level a Preferred Customer earns remains intact annually upon renewal.

The annual renewal fee is $19.95. For a limited time, after renewing, Preferred Customers receive a choice of one free product.†† All Preferred Customers are eligible for the Auto Renewal Program and may sign up by logging in to their account and opting-in to the program.
AdvoCare offers Preferred Customers the option to set up their account to automatically renew every year by charging the card on file. For a limited time, in addition to receiving a choice of one free product Preferred Customers who enroll will also receive a coupon for $10 off their next order.†
To opt-in simply log in to your AdvoCare account, click on My Profile, select My Membership, and then click on “Yes, I agree to enroll in Auto-renewal”. Complete the following prompts.
AdvoCare offers a Satisfaction Guarantee on products purchased. If a Preferred Customer is not completely satisfied, they may request an exchange or refund within 30 days from the date of purchase by returning the unused portion of the product back to AdvoCare.
