After deliberate consideration, we have made the decision to close our Canadian business. We immensely value all our relationships and will miss working with our Canadian customers and distributors. We did not take this decision lightly, and we appreciate every order that has been placed. As we plan the future for our business, it was necessary to evaluate all aspects of how we operate to determine where the most promising areas of growth were for us and make challenging decisions in some cases.

The last day to order products will be March 29, 2023, and our Canadian website will be no longer be available after that day.

If you paid for a new membership or a renewal fee on or after February 10, 2022, our Customer Service team will be providing refunds automatically. If you have any questions or do not receive an expected refund by February 28, 2023, please reach out to our Customer Service team at 1.800.542.4800.
